Hi all!
Weather conditions: partly cloudy, 29 degrees Celsius
After a very pleasant first round a little earlier this morning at River Hills, a mere 12 minutes by car and here we are at the Tidewater ( https://www.facebook.com/TidewaterGolfClub and https://tidewatergolf.com/ ), bought by a new owner last August, Kemper Sports, a course, which is undoubtedly in the Top 5 of any golfer who has the opportunity to stay in the Myrtle Beach area. Wow, what a spectacular course!
And in this high season period, have no fear, Tidewater fully lived up to our expectations and the conditions were truly worthy of a high-end course, from the tee boxes to the greens. Really nothing to complain about, believe us!
That said, if you ever want to give Tidewater a try one day, take the time to enjoy the panorama on holes # 3, # 4, # 8, # 12 and # 13. It felt like a golf paradise, simply. Faced with such a situation, we cannot help but repeat how much we are privileged to enjoy these precious moments ... and you should too, regardless of the golf course you play!
Tidewater, a course that you must visit at least once if you are staying in the area for sure! And this is even more true when the conditions border on perfection, as was the case today! And as a bonus, the welcome there is second to none!

Tidewarer is certainly a beautiful course to play. Playing 36 holes in the same day is a challenge, even for a golfer with a lot of passion like you Denis! Enjoy fully your vacation in MB. Keep posting!

Playing 36 holes is effectively a challenge when you’re getting « more experienced », but I’m doing it for my son-in-law and his friend! 😉
P. S. : hopefully, only two more doubleheaders to come!

Tidewater and River Hills in one day WTG 🤩 Denis, your MB experience is only getting better. Good report on TW a must play course for many, seeing it in your pics just makes waiting to get back down that much tougher. IMO hole 18 is one of the best finishing holes on the Grand Strand.
Looking through those pictures made me feel like I was there.
TW is one of my favorite courses. Great views and the conditions are usually great

I play Tidewater at least once a year. The first hole to me is nothing special. The next 17 holes are a real treat.
