Thistle (Stewart and Cameron)- greens and fairways are in unbelievable shape, first class staff and service, very quick pace of play
Meadowlands - very good and quick greens, fairways are good but soggy, slow pace of play.
Arcadian Shores - fairways are very good, greens ok, slow pace of play
Glenn Dornoch - fairways are good but greens are very rough and slow, good pace of play, starter/golf bag staff are rude and unfriendly as usual
Shaftesbury Glen - fairways are good but soggy, greens are slow and rough, good pace of play, good staff
Tidewater - greens are very quick and great, scraggly and patchy fairways, great staff and service, good pace of play
Rivers Edge - good greens and fairways, good pace of play, great staff and service
Thanks for your report on the courses you played, agree with on the POP at Meadowlands, been there 2x this winter and both game well over 4 1/2 hours.
Thanks for the report. Played Glen Dornoch, Meadowlands and Rivers Edge in October.
Thanks for the updates!
I think it's normal to have a variety of conditions this time of the year as
some courses are ahead/behind others with overseeding.

Do you have a theory on Meadowlands being slow?
It's very busy now. Also holes 1-3, starting by the clubhouse, can be challenging
with water. They can make a group fall behind and a lot of groups don't have the
speed or interest in catching back up.

@artmbgolf I played there last week and this week 4;10 last week and 4:25 this week. due to excellent conditions always a full tee sheet. will account for a bit slower play and still getting many groups which must putt out in their play and some pin placements were challenging
Art, as Ziggy said a full tee sheet each time we were there as well, POP was slow we felt due to tough to unfair pin positions which led many groups to have 3 putts with a chip added in after running their ball off the green with a putt. They also had not quite finished their over seed, but we could drive 90* across the fairways to get to our shots. Hopefully once they let us back out onto the fairways fulltime, POP will get better. Still better waiting to hit our shots then shoveling snow back home.
Thanks for the update!
Let the Big Dawg Bark!!!
Nice mix of courses Stormy.
Pretty strange about rude bag drop guys at G,Dornach... they must not have gotten the memo stating you get bigger tips if you're nice to people.
"King Of The Mid-tiers"
Have played Glen Dornoch many times and never had a bad experience with the bag drop guys.
