Legends Parkland's

Played here today, we had about a 15 minute frost delay, guys at the bag drop worked their tails off to get groups out as fast as they could. Course was CPO on just one hole, not after this area has had a large amount of rain since mid Sept.The course has a very good over seed, ball sat up decent on the fairways, but we had to clean the ball after each shot as mud balls were an issue. We played the white tees so just over 6400 yds. Traps had been groomed or were being groomed by staff. Greens were on the slow side and bumpy in spots and had yet to be cut, but with this being the day after Christmas it was not an issue to us, we still found the hole eventually. Parkland is not everyone's favorite course at Legends, both Heathland's and Moorlands seem to always be busier. We will head back to play the Parkland's again.

Thanks Gary for this other useful post!

Parkland is the Legends course I played the least often (just twice to be exact) and it made me eat my lunch both time! 😉

But no worry, I'll be please to go back there for sure!

UGP, we are starting to choose the tees as we play the hole, with the wet conditions we now move up to the senior tees on the Par 4's that over 400 yds, makes for a more enjoyable day.
