According to some sources, River Hills will reopen around September 1st. The course was closed during a part of the summer for to remake the greens and some bunkers. It will be fun to replay there. Thanks S***H now the waiting to get down to MB in Nov. to play RH again just makes it so much better. See you soon.
Course re-opened today to what apperared to be a charity scramble. Saw they were cutting and rolling the greens in the early morning. In the afternoon I rolled some putts on the practice green. They are still a little rough, slow and bumpy. It's going to take at least several weeks of topdressing and mowing to get them decent. I'd avoid for at least another month.
Thanks for the update. I suppose that the greens on the course are very similar to the practice green. Anyway, I have to wait until November for to play at River Hills.

@s333h Did get to play River Hills in my World Am flight and one-putt was correct in that they were a little slow and bumpy. Having said that I have played a lot worse and they certainly weren’t as bad as putting on aerated greens. The rest of the course was in great shape as they have been closed so have not had any players beating it up. I would not avoid it because of the greens. They were definitely playable.
Hi
anyone play recently. Planning and of October trip, wondering how it is making out after renovations?
Thanks
