Great condition - new greens are good though a little slow until next year. Increased size is a real plus for the course. Green issues around the outside which should clear up next summer.
And unlike Grande Dunes resort they hold OK especially as they are new.
Members are thrilled with the new super (my close friend) Said it's the best they've seen LB in a very long time. It's a good course to play now.

being closed for the new greens.

You must have stayed out of the bunkers. ???? They are not in good shape at all. Agree with you on the rest.
