After a long layofff due to messed up back, eager to get back to it, but wanted to start off with a series of swing lessons to learn a back friendly swing, instead of my old lurching movement.
So....golf coach recommendations please? Prefer NMB-Shallotte, but will pretty much go anywhere for the right guy.
I would look up Undercover golf Pro on this site, he could help or point you in correct direction.

Steve Clark - also known as Quevy. He's at MB National. Just watched him fix my friends swing who then took money off of me! Message me and I'll give you his number. He's old school with a very good eye. Their are others, like Ketola the Rolla ( Dale Ketola) but he rarely teaches any more and makes his living fitting players for clubs over at Grande Dunes and I highly recommend him if you're looking for that.

OP here, following up on my post.
I ended up booking a lesson with Dale Ketola. 100% reccomend him, based on the one lesson so far. Another booked for Oct 1.
Biggest issue I have/had is early extension- or as he called it "humping the goat". Once he diagnosed(which took a total of 10 minutes), the fix the pretty easy, with DRAMATIC results. Old miss was always thin with irons as my angle was up going into the ball- now it's down angle, with divots.
Now onto the driver.....
I'll be real interested in what he tells you about the driver. Mine left me about two months ago and I can't seem to fix the problem.

I'll report back for sure. Would would be pure lucky if your issue/fix is the same as mine though...

I know Dale personally - have heard good things about his teaching.- He is a player ( Not that it matters )- I'd have to get a stroke or two from him.

Forgot to mention - Dale is my go to when I want to get fit with a new Driver
