Carolina National has been sold to Brown Golf in December 2021. It is their first acquisition in almost five years.  This company has 28 courses in eight states, including the South Carolina:

More important, the Brown Golf Management has founded GolfBack, a reservation system. Their turnkey reservation tool was developed to provide management at the 25 courses Brown manages with a system that gives each course direct control over how it interacts with local golfers, how customer data is collected, and also how their tee times are priced on a day-to-day basis. The software will allow Carolina National to drive direct tee times to the course website, offer its customers “daily steals” and instant rewards, collect customer data, and market directly to its customers.

SH, CCWP sent me this info to me on the first of the year because I played there on Tgiving and now on the email list. Yes, the daily deals are pretty good...but my experiences at the CCWP tell me their "tee system" may be flawed.

That said, CCWP-River is a great course for its price.

Maybe it is too recent. It could take some time to install the software at Carolina National. Brown Golf has a very impressive portfolio of golf courses in North and South Carolina.

Their software system is respected around the golf industry.  It is probably the highlight of their operations.

Commuter between North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

dsuitch, you may be right on both accounts about the system. Tee time reservations are very easy online and the upcoming deals it offers is very impressive. I recommend players get on their email list...

but make sure there is a starter on the course(s) you choose on your day of play.
