Arcadian Shores was a fun day, weather was pleasant and winds was down. Overall the course was fine, tee areas all nice and green and level. Fairways mostly good, a couple where the over seed did not fully take. Greens ran at a medium speed, probably an 8 and traps all groomed and filled with sand to no bouncing into the ball when hitting out of them. AS is not an eye candy course and many holes are close in length, so you are hitting in the same iron on lots of shots to the holes. Very nice driving range as well to warm up on. POP was just under 4 hours.
Parklands was again in very nice shape after a night of light rain, we were able to drive on the fairways with hole 6 being the exception. Greens ran quick a solid 10 is my guess and rolled very smoothly. Tee blocks and fairways quite healthy in grass coverage. Traps good with many having sand added to them. Course was busy but we got around in 4 hours even.
Parkland is one of my favorite courses in MB. I just like how it looks and plays. Nothing exciting to look at, but wooded and no homes along the fairways makes it a beauty for me.
Arcadian Shores put in new greens about 5 years ago ..a new clubhouse and other improvements.
Definitely worth playing now.

Thanks @leftygar1 for reporting and, most of all, glad you're making the most of your MB stay after all we had to go through with the COVID situation!

Thanks for the updates on these two courses. Parkland is a very nice course. I have not had pleasure to play AS as of yet.
