I’ve been doing golf trips to the MB area for 15 years and been vacationing there since 1985 but have NEVER played OB. I’m thinking 2022 might be the year! I’ve been reading that conditions there have been improving over the past couple of years. With that said, what conditions can we expect to find in late March?

March conditions depend on the quality of the overseed and
how cold winter was, but that can be said about all MB courses.
Depends on if your group can overlook rough around the edges for
a great design.

I play there with some regularity. They pump so many rounds through the property that the conditions are never outstanding. That being said, the conditions are generally good considering the amount of play. The greens are fairly true, fast enough but not really fast, receptive and fair. The layout is great. I would recommend that you play it and judge for yourself. You won't be disappointed with the experience.
