Here is a list of the Airlines that service MYR and where they are comning from. It's getting easier and easier to get here, now if we could juuuust get I-73 back in Track!! We're the largest major destination in the USA without direct Interstate access.

I'll personally will be taking the Nashville flight to see what this "NashVegas" is all about. My cousin keeps telling me I have to come see him. He does alot of social media, pics, videos and such for The Hermitage Golf Club. You know, where the sheep graze the fairways, insert 1,000,000 jokes here.

Anyway, see the list and maybe catch a flight down for your next trip.

That's a good list.

When the electric cars/suvs take over, guys that drive over
250-300 miles will want to fly, unless charging can be
reduced to the time of a gas fill up.

@artmbgolf

They will be like Beamer, he stopped half way here had a nice sit down 1 and half hour lunch while he waited for his Tesla to charged. From Tampa to Myrtle ZERO fuel cost - due to free charging!!

Some years ago, it was possible to fly from the Plattsburgh airport with Myrtle Beach Air Direct. I used this service two or three times. Direct Air ceased all flights in March 2012. Direct Air filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy a few days after shutting down.

I remember it very very well!

Prices then were ridiculously low and I'm glad I did make the most of it at this period!

I took my family of 4 down to MB for 4th of July in 2010 & 11 on Direct Air, cost me $750 each time for all 4 & luggage & my clubs.

I had groups of approx 40 head down in April every year  DA was running. We would leave home at 6:30-7 am, have breakfast in Plattsburgh, hop on the flight at 10am, be checked in our condo by 1:30, then on the nearest course by 2:30.  It was a great time......
