Finished up an early afternoon round at World Tour.  Conditions were:

Tees - Good to very good.

Fairways - Great.

Rough - Very good.  Cut and very fair.

Bunkers - No rakes but maintained.  I had one shot out of a fairway bunker today and it was no problem.

Greens - Excellent.  Held if you hit it high and/or with spin, rolled if you didn't.  Absolutely true rolling and quick.  Pro shop had 9 on the board but I would say closer to 10 or even a little better.  Above the hole was a challenge.

PoP - I was a single and they sent me off the Championship 9 first.  I ran into one group on the Open 9 and they let me play through.  Flew around that course in 2 hours and 28 minutes.

Overall, this was one of the best conditioned courses I've played in a while.  It was also nice to not play in the early morning where everything is still wet and plugs.  You could actually roll the ball and pick up distance off the tee or hit run ups to the green.

World Tour is in great shape!  Go play it!

Never had the chance to tee it up at World Tour.  Thanks for the thorough report.

Thanks for the report. Don't you just love the opportunity to occasionally play really quick golf? It's such a rare thing these days.

As a single, it is very fast. One time, at Eagle Nest, i had the first tee time in the morning. i made it in two hours and a half. And my game was pretty good that day.

Thanks for sharing. I like your format of report. Simple but all his included.

Played WT several times this summer and was always in good condition. Not an easy course, but a fun one to play.

I have played World Tour maybe a half dozen times.  Really didn't care for the layout at first but began to appreciate it the more I played.  It's a great novelty course to play some of the "great" holes patterned after famous courses.  Not that difficult once you learn the layout and can score pretty decent.  Generally always in good condition.  They keep up on the maintenance but then again, it's doesn't really get that much play compared to other area courses.  Kind of pricey.
