I call Bull hockey. The only replaced portions of the cart paths. Better ride yes but, complete replacement absolutely NOT!!!
From the article: "The PineHills Course redid every bunker and lined them with capillary concrete. They look great!" NOT!!! Founders Group did this at Grande Dunes and Pawleys Plantation.
