Played Sandpiper on Nov. 6, another 80* day, Bay and Piper nines, the course was busy and bag drop was unprepared for a large group of locals, luckily we were the group off before them.  As for the course, fun is a good word that comes to mind, not overly difficult and conditions were good, fairways had been trimmed down, my guess is they are getting ready to put down the over seed.  Only issue we had was the speed of the greens, very slow and a  bit hairy.  Good driving range and large putting green to warm up on.

Arrowhead on Nov. 12, temp was 72*, we played the Lakes and Cypress nines. Not a bad word to say about this course, great conditions, beautiful greens and very quick today, fairways manicured perfectly, did not even think of rolling the ball over.  Practice balls are free on their range and putting green is large enough for both chipping and putting.   Would not hesitate to say play it if you can, it is a gem.

SPB may have overseeded the greens earlier.  If the hairs are growing
straight up, it's overseed.  You have seen it before.

This time of year it will be good for you to plan courses that don't overseed
the greens.    I don't think AH overseeds their greens.

MOW, Wiz, CCreek are bent so no overseed.

Thanks for your reports!
