Looked all over for a list of courses that offer GPS screens on their carts.Coming down from Canada , my phone provider charges $13 per day to use any data on my phone, which makes the downloadable yardage apps expensive.I will probably sign up for a free trial from Birdies when I come down because once you load a course,it uses GPS to operate.Has anyone tried this?

Odds of GPS on carts is best at the premium courses.
Sometimes a low or mid level course has GPS on carts,
but it may be gone the next year, so it's too hard to keep
track of or remember.

I know Barefoot, Tidewater, and Rivers Edge all have GPS off the top of my head. Other courses do too, but I just specifically remember those.

@xkrfan : paying for an "eSIM" could be an interesting option to consider!

GPS has its moments but I rely mostly on my range finder. We find at my home course that the GPS can give incorrect yardage.

I agree….. I also sometimes use my Leupold rangefinder but unless the flagstick has the reflector that will lock on I find I’m a little too shaky to zero in on a flag from distance.( Age 🙂 )
