Reporting because there was a question as to the condition of AS greens - not to worry, they're great. Rest of the course still in great shape - off the path - though the cart paths are such a pleasure to drive. They did not purchase greens covers.

Nice to know. Arcadian Shores was closed for 4 1/2 months in the summer 2017. During this time, they have installed the new Sunday ultra-dwarf Bermuda grass for the greens. This grass is perfect for cold and warm weather. This will be a good investment to the owners.

These new cart paths are a great improvement compare to the previous ones. A lot more fun for driving.

Played here yesterday. Greens are definitely in great shape. Some fairways still a little mushy. Overall course is in very nice shape.
