Friend of mine is going to MB early August.
He want to play in MB but they won't have their clubs and they are all Lefty's (they are 3)
Do you know clubs that are able to provide left golf club rentals for 3 players?

PGA Superstore has club rentals that way you can play where you want
That sounds like too rare of a situation to have an answer.
I picture a course having 1 lefty set if any.
Generally the better courses are the most likely to have rental sets or
good rental sets.

Assuming they are looking to play multiple rounds then the PGA Superstore suggestion is definitely the way to go especially if they need three lefty sets.
BA and American Airlines combined to lose one of our group's clubs for over a week on our last trip so he hired from PGA Superstore. They've got a variety of options and prices depending on which clubs you go with. He went with Titleist clubs which were probably the most expensive option - everything was very good apart from the putter - it was a Scotty Cameron but not the style he usually plays with and you didn't seem to have a great deal of choice.
I've seen multiple hire sets behind the counter at Grande Dunes when we've played there and I'm sure most clubs have a hire option but it'd be easier and I suspect cheaper to try the PGA option - I'd also try and book them in advance so you know they have the lefty sets and they'll be available.
Update
They went to TPC Myrtle Beach. They had a lifetime experience. They are over 100 scores player. They have paid 45 for the rentals (2022 clubs)
