Arcadian is in great shape, Panthers Run has had some issues on their greens, but it's been over a month since I played it - they've had good weather fir them to get repaired.

Really nice group of courses.
Brownwood Bandit
P.Run was good last year...the only complaint was a few weeds in the fairways.
I like P.Run more than Tiger Eye and Lions Paw.
Ive only played 9 on Leopards Chase, but that course seems like the Problem Child of the 4 at Ocean Ridge.

Leopard is the best layout of the four to me. It could be a tier 1 if they took care of it better.

Nice lineup. Will enjoy reading your trip report. There have been some recent comment on conditioning issues at all the Ocean Ridge courses. I liked Panthers Run more than Tigers Eye or Lions Paw. Never played Leopards Chase.
From your list, I played Caledonia & Love this past weekend (see my report for more details). Love is in great shape tee to green. Cal. has some issues with the greens but not all greens.
