Played KN yesterday - can play the ball down, it's that good. They have sprayed to start getting rid of the over seed earlier this year and make sure the Bermuda gets healthy. Not sure how long it will take to show the effects.
MBN ran over 700 rounds yesterday - went pretty smoothly though it took 4.50 to play in the afternoon.
One complaint - never saw a ranger on the course.

When they spray to get rid of the overseed, is it just the greens?
I am thinking fairways would be too much to do.
