Are the restaurants doing any capacity limits / social distancing? Are staff wearing masks?
IN NC yes In SC some are some are not bars are elbow to elbow from what I have seen
Depends where you go. Most restaurants that I've been in have employees wearing masks. Some are still distancing with the dining layouts, others are back to normal seating.
most chain/franchise restaurants are still social distancing, but the local smaller joints could be normal, it all depends where you go to. Most bars are fully open again too
Thanks. We have already decided on no crowded bars. Last year we hit Chuck's and Harry the Hats mid-week and had the places basically to our selves. Hot Stacks is our go to for breakfast so hopefully they won't be crowded.
@kio57- If you are vulnerable protect yourself as needed. Otherwise live your life....it's too short!! Our group went last August hit the bars and restaurants and no one got sick out of all 20 of us. We'll be there again in May with 20+. Enjoy!

Keep updating this. The Sun News Online reports daily CV numbers,
but hasn't been saying anything about restrictions.
Wearing masks inside is fine, but dining out with your group is part
of the trip. If a larger group has to sit 4 or 8 max per table, that
would be OK.

Sounds like look and see mode. We are only 4 this year so no large group. The good news is that it does sound like we can find restaurants that are at least trying to be safe and that's good. Bars are a no go for us this year.
We have been here for two months and every restaurant we have been in has had masks on all staff . Also they are usually good about sanitizing after each group too. We have seen a few customers come in without masks on, but not very often.
