Early February trip 4 guys - first timers Staying in VRBO near Beachwood. I am looking for suggestions on picking golf courses for our trip. We have 3 full days to play. We do not want to drive more than about 30minutes. Do not really like courses with alot of housing so prefer places that are more secluded. All players are 10-16HC. Bonus points for you can provide guidance on 27/36 holes a day. 3/4 of our group will want to do an additional 9 or 18 holes. One guy is kinda uncomitted and I would suspect he can be talked into playing 27 but not full 36. That is why I have focused on the 27 hole facilities. Should we be planning to replay or should we be booking another tee time for 2pm? What courses have the best replay rates? I have not been able to find the replay rates on course websites. If we play barefoot can we get the replay rate for a different 18? Not sure how we will handle the rental car with 1 or 2 guys not playing they will split with the rental car so even more reason to keep the courses close proximity for getting picked up later or taking an uber. We are on a medium budget. My list so far: MB Kings Arrowhead Barefoot courses Fazio/Dye/Love Prestwick Thistle Pearl Links Tidewater River Hills Here is what i have started scratching out. Thursday - arrive airport 12pm. So would love to play a warm up round at 3pm. Cant seem to find tee times for this late. Do you just show up/call? Friday - Pearl Golf Links for 27 holes Saturday - Barefoot Fazio and replay - can we replay Love? Sunday - Arrowhead for 27 Monday - fly home
