Like almost every golf course in Myrtle Beach, The Legends has moved to Dynamic Pricing. It means that now we will have different rates per golf course per day. The rates will be adjust to the offer and demand during the day. According to the PGA Head Professional at the Legends, this is a necessary change that had to be made. But members at the Legends still has unlimited access to Practice Facility with a monthly rate and access to all the golf courses for between $25-$45 with a 5-day booking window.
In fact, according to one member the prices have gone up double the price the members used to pay. For non-members, it could mean also higher rates, depending when you want to play in a day. Golf courses has to adjust their rates also to the increase of  their expenses.

I see that Legends has tee times now with EZlinks on the Legends
website, but they are only for their various membership plans
and MB residents.

They are not useful for advance golf package trip planning.
It's very helpful to know that a course has tee times open on a
certain day and time for ## players, before trying to book a package.

I have been a member at Legends for 5 years now and you are right that the prices have doubled. Since December 8th the monthly dues went up 25% and now the tee times have doubled.The biggest shame is how they handled it. On December 8th they announced that the dues was going up and also alluded to changes in tee time pricing but left you hanging as far as how much and when it was going into affect. Timing is interesting that they debited our accounts for the monthly dues on February 2nd and then the next day announce the price hikes. It is a shame because I like the courses but there are plenty of good options here at the beach. I have cancelled my membership over their handling of the increases.

@hogan13

For the members, the handling of the increases could have been done differently. For the management, rates between 25$ and 45$ with a 5 days booking window for the members seems still a good membership.

Of course, we have to take in consideration the cost of the membership.

Good luck in your search of better memberships.
