According to the Sun News, here is a list of the golf courses that are overseeding wall to wall:
''FGI overseeded tee boxes, fairways, rough and greens at TPC Myrtle Beach, Long Bay Club, International World Tour Golf Links, King’s North at Myrtle Beach National, Myrtlewood Golf Club’s Palmetto and PineHills courses, Wing Wing Avocet, Tradition Club, River Club, Willbrook Plantation and Pawleys Plantation (11 of 22 golf courses owned by FGI)
Other courses in the market that are overseeding entirely are Eagle Nest Golf Club, Blackmoor Golf Club, Arrowhead Country Club, Shaftesbury Glen Golf & Fish Club, Glen Dornoch Waterway Golf Links, the Maples Course at Sea Trail Resort, and the three Mystical Golf courses The Witch, Man O’War and The Wizard.
The Maples Course, Man O’War and The Wizard are among the few courses in the market that still feature the cool-weather bentgrass on greens, so everything but their greens are overseeded.''

Brian listed some of those courses as wall to wall in a post about a month ago.
They don't list Grande Dunes, maybe since it has wide fairways.
It's a good list to play from on trips from Dec into early April, if you want all green.

WOW, I have an email from Art in 2008 where he listed all the courses with bent greens. There were 29 courses in the list. Now that counts all courses, for example at that time all the Barefoot courses were bent so I counted then as 4. Quite the transition. Guess I can throw away your email Art, but thank you again!

Cape Fear + Grande Dunes(Members) are rumored or maybe decided to
upgrade in 2020.

Man of War was just being cut as their over seed is done, across the street at Arcadian Shores it looks like they are putting more seed down this past week. Down side I feel to all of this is the soft conditions until late March generally.
