Played Farmstead with 1putt1. Very good condition. Played the ball up due to recent rain, but could have played it down. Greens putted well - BUT, they need to verticut, greens were very grainy. Due to all the rain (another inch last night, roughs getting difficult - especially around the greens.
Well worth playing.

Besides verticutting, I have heard of courses putting a brush on the mowers, to stand
up the grass to be cut off. I have no idea how many courses do that.
