Prestwick x 2, or add Willbrook?

Planning a trip in June in the Murrell's Inlet area... we are working hard to avoid aeration schedules. So far we have a day booked at Prestwick and need to book the next day. One of our group suggested we just play Prestwick again... others are pushing for Willbrook. I have played neither recently (Willbrook several years ago but I cannot recall a thing).

What do you all recommend? Is Willbrook in good shape right now?

Myself, I would play 2 different courses.

Arrowhead , TPC, World Tour also short drives and recommended courses.

MB is about variety.  It won't feel as much like MB if playing the
same course 2 days in a row, unless it's The Dunes.

Willbrook is at the same level within MB as Prestwick.
It will add good variety, along with others courses suggested.

Willbrook or River Club

Golf is just an excuse to drink whiskey and smoke cigars

It's hard to predict conditions that far out, but Prestwick and Willbrook are both excellent courses.

@carolinadave : You won't go wrong for sure going with Prestwick and Willbrook!

But other suggestions already made are great options too!

I'll second UGP.  Willbrook or River Club as another option.

Although I really like Prestwick, I would play a different course the next day.  Willbrook would do nicely.

Thanks guys! That's how I was leaning, but really helpful to get some feedback from you with more local knowledge. Just secured a couple slots at Willbrook.

Played Prestwick a week ago today. The greens were phenomenal! You should be in for a treat!

Golf can best be defined as an endless series of tragedies obscured by the occasional miracle.
