Art, having one premium along with a lower end course in your draw is by design. They also try and balance the extreme north and south end courses to keep travel distances similar. Then they also try not to give the same flights repeat courses over a short number of years. It is quite a science. And they do all of that in about a 24 hour period after handicaps are turned in on August 15th. The World Am staff should be commended.
Brick Landing is being used. I wonder what the conditions are. Reports are never good.
I play Sea Trail Byrd on Monday. So, while I am up that way, I hope to drive by Brick Landing and take a look. That was my first ever World Am course to play. And, played it a couple more times after that. If it is improving, I would consider playing it again some year...if I live that long. ????
