I know there are many holes that can be on this list ... allot say #9 at Rivers Edge, but I enjoy that golf hole. The one that gives me the most fits is #13 at Pawleys Platnation .... it's listed as 149 yaards but I cannot recall when it played more than 100 yards, it's sually like 64 yards or some "off distance" like that. What do you think it an UNFAIR golf hole here in the Myrtle Beach area?

Number 3 at Long Bay comes to mind. To me it is diabolical at the very least, no matter the hole location, because it a very narrow and largely unreceptive green to most amateurs who can't really spin it like a pro. Unfair might be appropriately used to describe the hole when they place the hole behind the front bunker, in the most narrow part of the green, where there is a distinct slope away from the player and toward the rear bunker or, often worse, into a significant gully which almost always wet. Even balls hit by better players have a hard time stopping if it hits the downward slope.

RE #9 will get votes from higher handicaps, especially if a short hitter,
but it can be fun if you can drive it 230+. Same with The Dunes #13.
TPC #9 445 white tee, uphill to the green with only a 5 yard wide piece
of uphill fairway to roll it on. And this is sea level.
The drive on TPC #15 is too long of a carry for most from their proper tee.
Aiming safe to the right puts you behind a tree.

I'm personally a fan of the hole, but the approach shot of #16 at Glen Dornoch...tough hole. Have to drive it well, but not too far, then the real fun begins!
For me it is hole 17 at Wachesaw East, a Par 5 that grabs my second shot to the green, that false front just eats your shot as you watch your ball roll down into the stream. Rivers Edge hole 9 is right up there as well.
I would say TPC #9... a bit too long for me to hope for a par, unless I'm playing a perfect third shot close to the pin! 😉
I would also add the 9th hole at Rivers Edge, because I would rather opt hitting my second shot in the direction of the clubhouse instead trying to go for the green, since I'm not a "high ball trajectory" hitter.

Tidewater I think #3 the two tiered par 3 green. Totally unfair if the pin is in the front on the lower tier.
The Gambler @ Kings North. I can hit the island Fairway, but then can't clear the water if I go at the green & going around the island makes it a 4 shot par 5, for me antway.
Golf can best be defined as an endless series of tragedies obscured by the occasional miracle.
Not crazy about #18 Tidewater
Brownwood Bandit
Glen Dornoch #18. Does not matter how I ever tried to play the hole, it always ate my lunch.
TPC #9, I played it twice and both times CPO and just didn't enjoy it.
Let the Big Dawg Bark!!!
@artmbgolf Number 11 at Blackmoor with the pin back right. Every chip or putt rolls all the way off the green to the left. The green should be blown up.
