Which course is charging $275?

Probably The Dunes.  It's from Dynamic Pricing, where the price goes higher as the
number of available tee times shrinks.   The price in April can be $190 when there are a lot
of tee times and jump to $250-275 when only 1 or 2 tee times are left.

A lot of MB courses are doing it and it mostly affects the premium courses.
If booking near the date of play, pick a day the courses isn't too busy, to avoid the dynamic increase.

I wonder if the dynamic rate might prevent selling the last couple tee times and offset the
higher rate when they get it, from someone booking last minute and having to play a certain course.
Those in MB for some other event or for the beach, probably don't know what the usual rate is.

The Dunes is up at $274 for the last weekend in April ... Caledonia is to $245 that weekend and the next.
