Another decent spot for BBQ is Dickies, one at 38th Ave off of Bypass 17 and the other is located in the new North Myrtle Beach mall with the Dick's Sporting Goods.

Moes Original BBQ in Pawleys Island is good.

Brisket in North Myrtle Beach is really good and I recommend the homemade pork rinds with their pimento cheese sauce.

For some seriously good ribs, I recommend Graham's Landing in Murrell's Inlet. They make them on the Big Green Egg and they are really good.

Oh, and Bar B Que House in Surfside Beach. Good as well.

None of this is what I would call healthy and may require an extra lipitor.

Briskets is pretty good, though I like the brisket better at Dickies. However Briskets sells alcohol which is a plus!
