Help me choose which package is the better deal.  Both arrive on March 8th with an afternoon round, golf Mon/Tues/Wed and depart on Thursday.

Option 1: Sea Trail courses with free replays, but not guaranteed.  Lodging at a local hotel with breakfast included (and a hot tub!)

Option 2:  Sun - Myrtlewood Palmetto,  Mon-Meadowlands, Tues-River's Edge,  Wed-Sea Trail Jones.  Mon-Wed include pre-booked replays.  Lodging at Sea Trail.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Personally I'd pick option 2

That's the one I'm leaning towards.  Thanks for your input.

I’d also select package #2. River’s Edge is a really nice course. MW Palmetto I believe is the better of the two with a few holes along the intracoastal waterway.  I’ve stayed at Sea Trail in the past.  Not bad.  And 15 mins to the Little River Waterfront bars/restaurants and Chianti South one of our favorite restaurants in Little River.  Enjoy the trip.

I would also go with #2. Rivers Edge is a very good course with nice views.

I would click one of the boxes at the top of this page to get in touch with Brian...the best in the business

Based on the courses alone, I would go with #2 also.

Option 2 is a safer bet.  Rivers Edge is your best course.  Many would say Sea Trails Jones is #2 on your list.  I would personally rate both Byrd & Maples courses at Sea Trail over Meadowlands & Myrtlewood-Palmetto with respect to course design.  Meadowlands & Mrytlewood-Palmetto are still good courses.

Conditioning will be the wild card.  Typically, Meadowlands is good, Rivers Edge seems to be more consistent now, Myrtlewood is usually fine, Sea Trail has been better recently but they've been hit or miss the last several years.  Unfortunately, that part is too far away to predict.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner is Options #2, if you have room to add UGP then it is a GOAT winner.

Option 2.  Palmetto is a decent course.  Rivers Edge is very good and Meadowlands was in great shape last October.  Can't comment on Sea Trail.  Have not played there in quite awhile.

Another vote here for Option 2 you can't beat Rivers Edge.

Option 2!   You have prebooked replays, a better  variety of courses and Rivers Edge
is way better than any ST course.

If you are flying to MB, Myrtlewood is convenient to the airport, but if you are
driving from the north straight to the course, play Farmstead or Crow Creek,
which are on the north end.

Trying to stay within whatever package you are looking at, replacing
Meadowlands with Farmstead would be a bit of a upgrade for maybe $10.

I can't comment on the lodging.  If you stay at Sea Trail or near there, try to
eat at Boundary House, Clarke's or Chianti South.

@artmbgolf

Thanks for the input.  I played Farmstead last year and really liked it.  I have been wanting to play Crow Creek so may look into that.  I also agree with you about the Boundary House and a few people have mentioned Chianti South so may give it a try.
