Played the North - West layout (original west course) course in good overall condition , greens firm and fast and tough keeping ball on green if not hitting high and soft. Staff excellent pace of play good. Cart paths a little rough and some tees need to be leveled.

I haven't played the Pearl in a couple of years as the condition, SEVERAL YEARS AGO was marginal.

My neighbor and one of his friends talked me into playing about a month ago. It was in good shape, very playable. I was pleased with the conditions and if they remain consistent, I will go back again soon.

Commuter between North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
