Please describe the differences and the layouts.  Mention difficulty, room off tee and creative holes.  Thank you!

All 3 are at relatively equal tier in MB.
All 3 have been renovated in recent years, have similar difficulty and
reasonable room off the tee.

Palmetto does not return to the clubhouse, so if you like, tee off
early and play quicker.  It has more housing than Pine Hills.
I think over the years more MBGT members like Palmetto better,
which could be based on holes 17 + 18.

Arcadian is a older traditional course, that was once a Golf Digest
top 100 in the 70's.   Hole #13 is often talked about.
One negative is road noise on a few holes.

PineHills has more interesting and varied holes than Palmetto. Palmetto has several incredibly bland holes where it feels like they just dropped a tee and a green into a field between some houses; it gets a boost because the final hole plays along the waterway but there's just not much of interest in the course architecture.

Arcadian is probably better than Palmetto too, but I don't think it's especially good -- it's also probably the hardest course among the three. It's a Rees Jones course and I think his courses are generally very similar to each other, with a few exceptions, so if you've played other Rees Jones courses you likely know what you're getting. Also, as mentioned above, it's tucked in between a shopping center and housing developments so numerous holes have a road running parallel to the fairway.

While I don't think any of them are among the top 20 in MB, PineHills is the easy choice among the three for me.

Played Pine Hills last week in March. Conditions and playability very good. Greens rolled smooth and pace was excellent. Have not played Palmetto in years but did play Arcadian last summer, at that time the greens were some of the beat I played with wide fairways.

All 3 courses you have mentioned are similar in length, Arcadian Shores holes #2 and #13 are original Dream 18 holes, also condition has been vey nice over the winter time.  Palmetto 18 finishing along the waterway is nice and Pinehills has a good assortment of holes some with sharp doglegs.  Conditions also nice at both Myrtlewood Courses. IMO you can't go wrong with any of them.
