1st time playing here this year and reports all year have been excellent. The course was in very good condition. Tees were all grass, fairways were good, rough a bit tough, having to look for balls a few times when it really sat down and greens putted true with average speed. We were riding the fairways which was nice with no restrictions.
PH is more of a straight forward layout with not too much danger to worry about and not long at all from the standard tees, ~ 6100 yards. It is an enjoyable course to play and one where you have every opportunity to score. 3 of the 4 par 5's are realistically reachable with 2 solid shots with only limited danger to worry about.
A great value to play and for those coming down on trips this is a solid 1st day play.
