Good condition - greens not over seeded pretty smooth  not too fast, about 10. Great facility - my least favorite of the 3 courses but good to play

. Great free breakfast and lunch. POP 4 hours. A great cool day to tee it up. Need to fix some of their cart paths. And a huge driving range and practice facility.

Nice pictures UGP! I like this course. At this time of the year, a POP around 4 hours seems to be the norm.

Thanks again for reporting!

don't mind these courses but they do pack people in there.

Have always enjoyed the Legends complex the staff acts like they are glad you came. The women servers all have a great attitude. Course all seem to be in good shape. We normally play in June and have not had issues with POP.

Thanks UGP!

I do like Parkland, even if, when I played there, it made me eat my lunch!

But wouldn't hesitate to be back!

Parkland is not an easy course - tough par 3's

These photos help everyone to compare green fairways with dormant rough to
some of the wall to wall overseed photos that you have posted.

Thanks!

Really love the look of dormant rough against the green fairway.

Me too, i like these contrast of colors.

I think also that the superintendants made the right choice not overseeding the rough. I like the look of the dormant rough, where it goes off color. If they overseeded the rough, it would be a lot of work just mowing it, and they would have transition problems. They would have to sod in some areas of the golf course.

Playing there tomorrow if the rains hold off, like the course.  Moorland is my nemesis.

Our group liked them all.  We stayed on site.  The pub was great at night, could walk home.  The lit driving range was also a nice feature.  Helped me get my game on track.  The huge putting green is memorable.  The breakfast buffet was good, the beers and lunch are as well.  Lunch is pretty cool set up at the clubhouse.  Parkland was my favorite, although played best at Parkland and the cart girl was a smoke show.  Moorland was second round of long day with a frost delay and slow first round at Heathland.  Moorland probably would rank higher if we were not racing to get it done before dark and the other items at Parkland that may have unduly influenced.
