As good a mid tier course in MB - wonderful shape - over seeded greens putted smooth and fairly fast at 9.5. Such a fun course, not long, but the tightest of the three MBN courses. We walked today, and SC is an easy walking course other than from 9 to 10. I have a powered walking cart that allows me to drink, smoke, and drive at the same time! I can play here often. #10 is one of the best par 5's in town.

Effectively UGP, MBN Southcreek is a nice place to play!

But I do prefer MBN West by a little nod.

Thanks for reporting!

We have a  group of scratch players that will reach out to each other for games. During the week we often play in the afternoon with Quevy if he gets off at noon, or on his off days. Most Tuesdays is a large seniors game, Saturdays is a mid size seniors game that I play in often - those two are either quota or handicap. Today was strictly scratch. I join 1p1 from time to time and always enjoy his game (scratch). I just like playing - Lefty is down here for several months and will join him - no money - just an enjoyable day of hitting the ball. There are several on the forum that I join when they visit MB - again not for money but for the fun.

I have to be careful as I lose focus taking the pictures. JW started me on the pic deal - I enjoyed looking at the ones he posted and thought I would do the same.

Blame him!!

Nice pictures and videos again. Southcreek is another kind of animal than the West course. I like both courses.

Is it possible to use the powered walking cart on the West course and on the Kings North?

It is certainly fun for you to join these seniors golfers groups  playing the Tuesdays and Saturdays.

During peak season, I see members walking on MBN West + South in the PM.
I don't remember seeing walkers on North.

During Winter + Summer, more MB courses allow walking than peak season
where hardly any allow it.

On a golf trip, playing every day, I have not investigated or wanted to walk in MB
and now I'm probably retired from walking.    Walking is more fun if the entire
group walks.

All three courses are easy to walk with the North being the most difficult  Long Bay is walkable too.

Looks like the last couple of pics are from Palmetto by mistake! But thanks. And the r2d2 cart makes it easy to walk. Wish I had more opportunity here but few courses are walkable.

@artmbgolf

During the peak season, the golf courses are more reluctant toward the walking. POP is so important.

I agree. It is important to take in consideration the distance between the green and the tee off of the next hole. On some golf courses, this distance can be long. I remember some holes at the Witch.
