Played Long Bay Sunday and Fazio on Monday

Long Bay was wet and CPO. We got out 20 minutes ahead of our tee time and had no one in front or behind us. Finished in under 4 hours. Plenty of overseed in the fairways and tee boxes. The greens were very quick. Around the fringes, the greens were sanded and died. It did not impact our play.

At Fazio, we played with a couple from Quebec. Again, it was a sub 4 hour round. The greens were good, but as quick as Long Bay. My only knock is the overseed was a bit thin on the fairways. There was a temporary green on 7 due to work behind the regular green.

No one is playing today. This is as rough as I have seen the ocean, and the bad weather isn’t here yet.

Thanks for reports on Long Bay and Fazio, two very nice nice MB area courses IMO, sub 4 hours rounds are great.  Keep the reports coming.
