Held the first “Low Country Boil” as part of No Laying Up’s Nest Invitational Tournament qualifiers series at Caledonia and True Blue

Caledonia: The greens are not fully healed, greens 6, 8, 16, 17, and 18 in particular. However, it didn’t detract much from the experience. The rest of the course is in great shape.

True Blue: Course is in excellent shape right now, not a bad spot anywhere on the course. Don’t hesitate to play it

Accomodations: True Blue condos, all in good shape and nice and convenient to the course.

Food: Caledonia and True Blue for breakfast and lunch. The Cajun Club sandwich is a very tasty sandwich

Bistro 217 was a good fine dining experience, the Short Ribs were excellent

Hanser House: Good old fashioned seafood and steak restaurant. Easy for big groups.

The Pawleys Island Tavern: Busy , took a while to get a table and took forever for the pizzas but they were quite tasty. Love the vibe here.

Thanks @dave-bergeron for reporting about two courses who are among the Top 10 in the vast Grand Strand area for sure!
