In Pawleys, GIOs is good Italian.
Franks + Franks Outback (big tent) is a upscale, highly rated, reservations usually
needed place.

Capt. John's in Pawleys is quite good.
Pretty much anywhere in Murrels Inlet is good to excellent. It's hard to exist as a restaurant there given the competition. The Claw House, Drunken Jack's, & Hot Fish Club are very good.
