We played here on Tuesday. Course is in nice shape. Good overseed. Greeens putted smoothly but quite slow compared to what we usually find down here during the winter. Good value for the price. Course was very busy. Pace of play just under 4 hours.

Overseeded greens will tend to be slower than the painted greens
in the winter.   Could also be related to the freeze and a course
with a lot of seniors/couples playing.

Thanks for reporting.

Thanks for your report on Sandpiper Bay, a very good value course over the winter months, each nine gives you a different look IMO.
