Does anyone have any details regarding the construction project @ Legends? The huge practice green and a sizeable portion of the practice tee have been razed and work has begun on a new par 3 course? I would like to know details, opening date, etc.

I heard what you posted. I looked for an article, but don't see any.
Also not on Legends website yet.
If you look a Google maps, there isn't a lot of space to build it.
Even at 9 holes, it looks like the holes will need to be around 50 yards
and close together.

The area did look more like a pitch & putt area as the space appears to be tight. There is considerable mounding and shaping underway.
