Not sure Litchfield & Founders are top 25 material over Long Bay & Rivers Edge, but otherwise not a bad listing.
I can't put Arcadian Shores in the top 25. Our group had a horrible experience there last October. Agree with you about Long Bay and Rivers Edge.
Litchfield, Founders, Arcadian, MOW are more like 40-50 rank to me.
As 1Putt1 said; LB + RE are above them. Also BF Norman + Willbrook.

I have to agree with all of you on some of the entries. Some that are left out are crazy also. One person's love is another person's not love.
Let the Big Dawg Bark!!!
Golf Digest should have consult all the MBGT Forum members here for a much more "honest" list! 😉

Rivers Edge is easily top 10 and maybe top 5, but maybe they decided it was too far north to be considered a Myrtle Beach course, even though they did include a couple of other NC courses.
Looking at this Golf Digest list, even though I play Arcadian Shores often, it is not IMO a Top 25 course, add Litchfield, Founders, and Man of War to being head scratchers on there addition. I agree with most others that both Long Bay and Rivers Edge should be there, Wild Wing Avocet plus The Thistle should have also made it, again just my 2 cents worth. Denis Gilbert has it right they should have consulted our forum for some advice.
Played Founders Club recently. It is pretty dang good now. Best shape I have seen it in. Greens were really good. Not saying it is Top 25 but, it was in good shape and the layout is pretty uniqure for Grand Strand golf. Reminds me of a Pinehurs area layout. I was pleasantly surpised when I played it and how good of shape it was in.
Agree with all of the above…I read the GD article and wondered about Arcadian and Litchfield inclusion. Too bad they didn’t include my favourite hidden gem in NMB - River Hills.
