Caledonia has to be up there too.

 

I once had a round there where it poured down rain for the entire drive (so hard it was difficult to even see driving) and the holes along the entrance drive were mostly underwater when we arrived; it almost looked like a lake. We assumed we wouldn't get to play at all, but they said it would be fine -- they were right. It drained so well that you couldn't even tell it had rained at all an hour or so later. The greens that were previously underwater were completely dry and even the fairways were playable as normal (no plugging, mud balls, etc.).

Arcadian Shores drain fairly good, exception maybe holes 5 and 6.
