local who took some buddies who were here on golf vacation. Clubhouse staff very pleasant as were bag drop guys. as there a 3 courses going out of bag drop area it is a bit of a cluster f*&^. You have to either take a shuttle to driving range or actually drive there yourself before dropping off your bags. Just know that they don't release your carts until about 10min before your tee time. so if 4 some have 2 guys check in with bag drop guys 15min before tee time to get clubs loaded and get carts to go to starters who are located around the putting green, which is a 2 minute walk down the path to the left towards maintenance/cart shed. Course was in really good shape. front 9 tree lined, back 9 has like 5 holes that are more links style. greens smooth, fast true. best greens of the week for us (Thistle,World tour,Tradition GC). teed off at 8am. BRUTAL pace of play 5 hours. waiting on 95% of shots for group ahead. got so bad a 2 some in front of us who was following the offending 4some quit after 9 holes. These Barefoot courses always play little longer than some others as gets a lot of Vacationers and they are not the easiest of courses, but this was ridiculous and by far the worst i have seen it in 20 years. just got unlucky i guess. won't stop me from coming back as really like all 4 courses here. FYI they are really pricey as their reputation, especially for vacationers, keeps them on must play list for a lot of golfers.
While BF, Cale, TB, TW are pricy, their % increase is small after CV,
compared to the FGI courses, that have aggressive dynamic pricing.
Thanks for all your reviews!

That's a long round. Still have only played the Norman Course. Will get to the rest at some point.
