Played Pearl West to East. Conditions were as follows:
Tees - West were good. East had some issues and were spotty in places.
Fairways - Nice. Very green. Pretty consistent.
Rough - Cut down pretty low in most spots. Coverage is good. Some spots with tree roots. West was in better shape than East. Significantly better than the previous place I played as far as coverage and grass consistency.
Bunkers - Good.
Greens - West green were medium speed and smooth. Very good for this time of year. East was punched more recently and you could still see the holes. Were a little less consistent than the West but still putted well.
Cart Paths - OK. Some rough spots.
Pace of Play - Good. Got around in about 4 hours.
The West Course was in very nice shape. The East was good too but not as polished as the West. Greens on the East should be almost normal in about a week. I would play both again without hesitation.
West to East 18 is the best for most marsh holes.
