Three spots have closed while we have been down this winter, Brixx Pizza on Hwy 17 and 79th Ave N. Sam Sneed's on 501, and Bonefish Grill on Hwy 17 close to Cane Patch.
It's weird that if they didn't go under during Covid, why they would fail with
travel and golf booming now.
If the company or manager lets the place go downhill, word will spread.
I tried Brixx when it was new a couple years ago.
It wasn't any better than having a frozen pizza at home.
In Oct I visited Carrabas near Cane Patch. I felt it went downhill
and wasn't busy like it used to be. Outback near Cane Patch was
still busy.

Art, rumor from a local on why Sam Snead's closed was the lease was not renewed. Brixx as you said was not the greatest pizza on the Strand, Bonefish closing could be poor management, the one in NMB is still open as Tadpole said. Evening heading out for a breakfast you can now expect to see a bill of 30+ dollars for 2 at most spots. Best bargains for breakfast are still Plantation Pancake House and it's sister Dino's, plus Finn McCools.
