Played The Wizard yesterday.  As always, the bent grass greens are loving the cooler weather and ran fast and true.  The greenskeeper has struggles with bent when it is hot.  Fairways were a bit soggy but it was not cart path only.  You certainly weren't getting any extra roll on you drives.  Due to the wet, I also plugged a few balls on the fairway and around the green.  All fairways are over-seeded so that may be part of the wet conditions.

All in all a good day on a fine track.

Sure agree with your findings at the Wizard, a very decent course with many good holes, winter time though does bring the softer conditions.

@obblues

I agree on that, the clubhouse is a very strange one. I think the course is a good warm-up course. I like to play this golf course when i arrive in Myrtle Beach.

You are correct on the clubhouse.  But then we don't really play budget tracks for the amenities.  As long as they have a place to p, I'm good to go. It more about the quality of the course.😎

I like how the clubhouse looks from the outside.

I usually just go into clubhouses to pay & p.
