Anyone play there recently. The rate is dirt cheap which usually reflects low demand.
Commuter between North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Their website is showing an $87 rate.

They have a MB Golf Trail Membership Card (locals only) that allows you to play there for $29 as long as you book 2 days prior to play. With the dynamic rates, there are a few weekends where they're up to $162 in peak season.
