Things are starting to open up.   Here is a recent report.

These Myrtle Beach area restaurants are open for
outdoor dining after COVID-19 shutdown

MAY 04, 2020 11:27 AM, UPDATED MAY 07, 2020 01:06 PM
Gov. Henry McMaster announced that South Carolina's "home or work" order will
become voluntary on May 4, 2020. The governor says outdoor seating for restaurants
will also be allowed to open on Monday.

Several Myrtle Beach area restaurants are gearing up to reopen on Monday
after S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster lifted certain restrictions on restaurants.

McMaster recently lifted restrictions on how restaurants can operate, now allowing
outdoor dining services to commence while adhering to social distancing
guidelines. Bars and dine-in services are still prohibited from opening until further notice.

Those opting to provide outdoor seating must follow certain guidelines that call for
tables to be spaced at least eight feet apart, with groups of no more than eight people
per table. Groups can’t gather in the building when entering or exiting outdoor seating
areas, and tables, chairs and seats must also be sanitized after every customer.

On Monday May 11 SC is opening up inside dining at 50% capacity (announced yesterday). Plus you will have outside dining (open now).

Here is an article and you can Google other sources:

As stated above things are opening tomorrow for 50% inside, but if I had to guess they'll be closed again soon due to an influx of visitors from hot-spots, a lot of locals feel its too early to be letting people back in, grocery stores are still struggling keeping up with local demand, let alone visiting guests.
