Here are some pics from the archives of Legends 2017
Would you like to see more archival pics? If so, what courses would you like to see?
On a rainy day up here in Quebec, those pics are like a ray of sunshine!
Thanks for sharing!

@jw11I do not have any of Heather Glen. I have only played it once I believe.
Would also love to see pics of Heather Glen, so sad it closed down.

Art, good pics bring back memories of a very nice course, thanks for posting.
Art, thanks for those heather glen photos. cant remember the one time i played the red/white but those photos suggest a far more interesting course than i recall.
What a unique design that was !
I know -towards the end - the greens were outdated , but it was really a cool place to play.
Each hole was secluded. No homes. All you could hear were golf shots, golfers voices, carts and nature.
She was a beauty .
Anyone remember the architect ?
Thanks for the memories Art.

Those HG photos are on a photo site created by MBGT member Sabram.
HG was designed by Willard Byrd + Clyde Johnston.
I think one of them did the 3rd Blue nine.
It originally opened as 18 holes, with the 3rd 9 added later.
I liked the White 9 the best. It ended with the par 5 with 3rd shot
over the water to the clubhouse.

Let the Big Dawg Bark!!!
Any that you are willing to share! Great pics.
I wrote my ode to Heather Glen after playing it on its final day. That took a while to write...and then the website changed! The irony!

That was a great finishing hole.
It seemed like that was the 18th hole virtually every time I played Heather Glen.
I still don't want to believe that course is gone.

Maybe Heather Glen will be a good spot to live if/when we move to MB. 🙂
