That is a great article. I remember seeing that paper occasionally around MB, but
not that article. Most new course articles started closer to opening.
I think there was a story about Mr White adding investors, which led to the name change.

@artmbgolf You are spot on. There was quite a fallow period from start to finish. Mr. White had unique motivation, i.e. Thee Rock. He had some divine inspiration that might have contributed to the delays.
