Played Barefoot Fazio today. Overall the course is in good condition. Got a lot of roll on the fairways which is a bonus this time of year given it's overseed season. Turf quality was good throughout. Cute new cart girl was another bonus. Pace of play very good.
The only drawback was that the greens were painfully slow, I'm talking nearly Possum Trot slow. Uphill putts had to be crushed to get to the hole. Guess the overseed that's coming up is slowing them down. Putts didn't roll very true either. Missed several four-footers that took strange breaks and when I tried them again they broke totally different the 2nd time.
Always fun to play at Fazio, even during the overseeding time. As for the speed i can easily understand your deception. Thanks for your quick update Bob.

Three weeks ago Fazio was the fastest at BF, but no overseed yet.
New fresh overseed growth has footprints, where it flattened and not flattened.
